The BioPartnering Current Partners/Voice of the Partner Programme is used by large biopharmaceutical organisations to assess and benchmark their performance as a partner by polling senior executives across their portfolio of commercial and academic strategic alliances and collaborations.
The Current Partners/Voice of the Partner Programme has been developed over a number of years by Silico Research in collaboration with senior strategic alliance professionals and other leading professional services firms in the sector. The survey instrument used at the start of the Programme, which is customisable to the client's exact requirements, is one of the most comprehensive, reliable, assessments available of a biopharmaceutical company's strengths and weaknesses as a partner.
The Programme covers the most important strategic alliances skills sets including: the partners' assessment of the company's processes, its culture as a strategic alliance-driven organisation, its technical skills, its staff and, where appropriate, the governance of the strategic alliance.
Response rates vary from client to client but we would typically expect multiple responses each from up to 75% of a client's partners - providing a genuinely representative snapshot of partners perception.
The Programme is an iterative multi-level conversation with your partners and potential partners consisting of the following stages:
Silico manages all aspects of the process on behalf of the client and acts as a trusted intermediary between the client and its partners. By ensuring that all data and comments are fully anonymized before they are presented to the client, we enable team members in partner organisations to express themselves truthfully and honestly in a way that they would not otherwise be able to do.
The analytical model used to generate insights from the client's feedback is discussed with the client and customised to match the client's requirements.
Silico has conducted hundreds of similar partner surveys over the past twelve years. Where required the dataset will be extensively benchmarked with Silico's considerable databases of partner feedback stretching back for over a decade.
