My Meetings Help

The Meeting Scheduler will assist you in arranging your on-site meetings prior to and during the conference. It will create your personalized schedule by letting you specify, via the Meeting Availability function, the dates and times that you are not available to meet with potential partners. The system will schedule and confirm your meetings based on information gathered from attendees' personalized schedules, existing meetings, and room availability.

Please note that the private and semi-private on-site meeting spaces are confirmed on a first come, first serve basis.

Also once on-site, you will have the option to arrange meetings with other attendees with the assistance of our Meeting Desk Staff.
