• Click on the Edit button, located beneath your general profile information.
• The Edit page will load, allowing you to make direct changes to your job title, office location, phone and fax numbers, email address, and password. You will also be able to add a cc email address (i.e. your assistant's address) for all your correspondences and an alternate email address for email notifications related to meeting request activity.
  • If you want to change your name and/or username, please email as at support@biopartnering.com.
• To create or edit the text portion of your Personal Profile, click on the Edit button located next to the Personal Profile category.
  • A pop-up screen will load (if you have a pop-up blocker, you may need to disable it.)
  • Enter the text for your profile and click on Save when you are finished.
• When you are finished with your edits, click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

To upload a photo and/or replace an existing one, please follow these steps:

• Click on the Edit button, located beneath your general profile information.
• When the Edit page loads, click the Browse button located at the top of the Edit page.
  • The Browse screen will load. The photo you are searching for must be present on your computer in order to upload. If you wish to replace an existing photo, you do not need to delete it first; the system will automatically override it.
  • Click on the photo you want to load. You can use any of the following image types: .GIF, .JPEG (Recommended).
  • When you are ready to add the photo to your profile, scroll down to the bottom of the Edit page and click on Save.
