How can I cancel a meeting request?
  • Locate the My Meetings box on the right hand side of your screen.
  • Click on the Meeting(s) Requested link. It is the second link on the list.
  • The Meeting(s) Information page will load, listing all of your meeting requests that are awaiting confirmation by the recipient.
  • Locate the meeting request you would like to cancel, and then click on the Cancel Request button located in the Status column.
  • The system will immediately send an email to the meeting request recipient, informing him/her that you have cancelled it.
  • The meeting request will be moved by the system from your Meeting(s) Requested list.
