How can I cancel a meeting request?
Locate the
My Meetings
box on the right hand side of your screen.
Click on the
Meeting(s) Requested
link. It is the second link on the list.
The
Meeting(s) Information
page will load, listing all of your meeting requests that are awaiting confirmation by the recipient.
Locate the meeting request you would like to cancel, and then click on the
Cancel Request
button located in the
Status
column.
The system will immediately send an email to the meeting request recipient, informing him/her that you have cancelled it.
The meeting request will be moved by the system from your Meeting(s) Requested list.
