 | I received an error message when trying to confirm a meeting request; what can I do? If you received the following error message "Confirmation Error: There are no system rooms available that meet your availability", that means the system was unable to find a common time during which you and the other attendee could meet. After you receive this message, you have two options available to you.
- Review your meeting availability and confirmed meetings schedule. It is possible that you are fully booked and cannot accept any further meetings. However, you can still try to arrange a meeting outside of the Meeting Scheduler. To do so, decline the meeting request and inform the requestor when and where you could meet with him/her. For example, during the breakfast segment before the start of the conference.
- If, after reviewing your meeting availability and confirmed meetings schedule, you discover that you have some free time during which you could meet, please email your availability to the requestor and ask them to update their meeting availability accordingly. Once they have done so, you should be able to confirm the meeting request. Please remember that the times during which you are available to meet have to be checked off as "Yes" on your Meeting Availability page.
