Locate the My Meetings module.

Click on the Meeting(s) Confirmed link.

Click on the Reschedule button for the meeting you need to move.

If you receive the following error message, "This meeting cannot be rescheduled", that means there is no alternate time during which the meeting can take place. We recommend that you adjust your meeting availability and then try again.

The reschedule page will load; at the bottom of the page, you will see a list of alternate meeting times. Select one of the alternate time by clicking on it with your mouse.

After you have made your selection, click on Reschedule.

Your meeting will now be moved to its new time and location (if applicable). Please review your schedule to view the updated information.
