Can I meet with two or more people from the same or different company at the same time?

The system allows you to arrange meetings with one person from one company at a time. You can invite your colleague to an already scheduled meeting; however you cannot invite attendees from another company.

 

To invite a colleague:

  • Please click on the Meeting(s) Confirmed link, which is located in the My Meetings module.
  • Each confirmed meeting will have an Invite Coworker button.
  • Click on the invite button to the right of the meeting in question.
  • A coworker invite page will load.
    • The system will notify you which of your coworkers are available to attend the meeting. To invite an available attendee, check off the box to the left of his/her name and then click on the Invite Selected Coworkers button.
      • You can invite multiple coworkers at the same time.
  • Once you invite a co-worker the system will send them an email informing them of your invitation. Your coworker will then be prompted to accept or decline your invitation.
    • When you coworker accepts your invitation, his/her name will be added to the meeting itinerary.

Important Note: You can only invite an attendee as long as they are listed under the same company as you are.
