How can I accept or decline a meeting?

To accept or decline a meeting, please follow these steps:

·         Click the Awaiting Confirmation link located in the My Meetings box.

·         Review the meetings that are awaiting your confirmation.

·         Choose to either confirm or decline the meeting by clicking on the appropriate button. You can also include a comment with your response (i.e. suggesting an alternate date and time).

·         An email will be sent to the delegate who requested to meet with you, notifying him/her that the meeting has either been confirmed or declined.
