You can set your Mail Options to send all outgoing messages as HTML, or you can select this option on case by case basis.

1. To send all outgoing message as HTML:

• Click on the Mail Options link in the My Message box.
• The Options -- Preferences page will load.
• Locate the Send as HTML box and check it off.
• Scroll down and click on Update Preferences to save your selection.

2. To select the HTML option on case by case basis:

• Begin composing/replying to a message.
• Locate the Send as HTML box located bellow the text field of your email, and check it off.
• Click on the Send button to email your message
