 | |  |  |  |  |  | How can I compose a new email? To compose a new email message from Profile information:
- Locate the Personal/Company Profile for the attendee you wish to email.
- If reviewing the Personal Profile:
- Click on the (E-mail) link to the right of the attendee's name.
- Fill in the appropriate fields and enter the text portion of your message.
- Click Send when you are finished.
- If reviewing the Company Profile:
- Locate the Contacts section of the profile.
- Find the name of the attendee you wish to email.
- Click on the (E-mail) link to the right of their name.
- Fill in the appropriate fields and enter the text portion of your message.
- Click Send when you are finished.
To compose a new email message from the My Messages modular:
- Locate the My Messages box and click on Compose Message link.
- Fill in the appropriate fields and enter the text portion of your message.
- Click Send when you are finished entering the necessary information.
To compose a new email from your Inbox:
- Locate the Compose link in the green task bar at the top of the screen.
Fill in the appropriate fields and enter the text portion of your message. Click Send when you are finished. |  |  |
