How can I save my sent messages?
  • Click on Mail Options (in the My Messages module)
  • The Options-Preferences page will load:
    • On the page you will notice 5 check-off boxes in the row, check of the "Always save a copy of sent messages to Sent Items" folder.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Update Preferences link.

Next time you send a message, the system will automatically create a 'Sent Items' folder and will store the sent message(s) there.
